We are a family with 2 teenage boys and a semi active dog. We enjoy spending our spare time running, cycling, swimming, hiking and generally being as active as possible.
We participate in races from 5km Park Runs all the way up to Ironman triathlons, and enjoy weekend breaks abroad to compete in races and enoy some sightseeing
We love to stay active and healthy and really hope we can inspire a few people to get out and be more active and enjoy their own journey.
