Chia seeds pots are quick and easy to make and ideal for breakfast, dessert or a snack. They are full of protein, fibre and healthy fats. They keep in the frisge for 4-5 days so ideal for making as a larger batch and then enjoying throughout the week.
The key to a creamy chia pot is to make sure you stir the ingredients really well, let it chill in the fridge for about 2 hours, then mix it really well again, as it will probabily lumpy at this stage. Then pop back in the frisge for another 8 hours, then top it off with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds (white or black)
- 120g (1/2 cup) Almond milk (oat milk or regular milk work just as well)
- 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
To Serve
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- A few pecans, chopped

- Use a jar or container with a lid.
- Mix together the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon in the jar.
- Chill in the frisge for about 2 hours.
- Mix well and make sure there are no lumps.
- Chill back in the fridge for another 8 hours.
