These are a great healther version of the classic rocky road.

The classic rocky road is generally considered an ultra-processed food, and as part of cutting back on ultra processed foods for our family these are a great swap. Although they are best with medjool dates they can easyily use dried dates, which are much cheaper, just make sure to give them slightly longer to soak.

As these are made with real ingredients you won't experience any sugar crashes.

These healthy snickers are best stored in the fridge in an airtight container and used within 7 days, although in our house we are lucky if they last in there for 3 days!
